If you want to estimate the cost for a new home, you only need one number of one part of the project.

For example, let's say you know the bid price of the foundation of the home. Enter that number in the correct cell and hit Return.

All the other estimated prices of all other parts of the house are automatically filled in as well as the total price of the home.

The spreadsheet uses accurate national averages for the percentage representation of each aspect of the home.

It's a great tool to help you get a fairly close estimate for your new home.
