He's my ham radio mentor, outdoor radio. He called, said, you realize what today is going to be

And I said, what time? Where do you want to meet? So today was our first outing of the year, him and I

And we actually met up with another operator, Dave Benson, K-K1S-WL. So we had a, it was a great time

I'm going to write a story about it in the morning. Got some great photos, some great videos

We went to a place called Profile Falls, which is just south of Bristol, New Hampshire

In the falls, we're just roaring today because of all the snowmelt

But with the highlight of the day the highlight of the time so we set up my radio you know I got it Ellicraft KX3 And I know this is born here We going to talk about home mortgage stuff in just a minute And we worked a guy in Scotland or Ireland

Then we got somebody else. But then I, Dave and Jim, we're looking at the river, the Smith River

And I was turning the VFO knob. And I heard this guy start to call CQ, which is CQ

CQ and radio terms in Morse code basically means, hello, is anybody out there

And who was it? But a friend of ours that I just never thought I was going to hear him again on the air

but a gentleman named Carter, Carter Craiging. So, I mean, it's just, wait until you read the story

Today, I'm going to, I got this idea for this live stream

It's indirectly related to home improvement because, just about everyone who would watch this live stream, either A, owns a home and has probably

had a mortgage on the home, or B, you might live in an apartment, and you're thinking about

getting a home And if you in that second group if you in the second group you really going to win out You going to really win out here

All right. It's so extremely complex. Here's the best way to really kind of start this

And also, just so, you know, if you have any questions about your home, it doesn't have to be about home mortgages

It can be about roofing, plumbing, tile. I don't care what it is

So there are courtrooms and judges that allow trials to be not only recorded on television, but definitely audio recordings. Not all, but some. And this one obviously had to do with the home foreclosure. I'll tell you just a minute, Dan

So I watch it this morning. And then over, you know how sometimes when you watch things on YouTube

over on the right of the screen, you get all these suggestions. And lo and behold, the gentleman who was acting as the attorney

and I don't think he is, he was in his, because the voice was so similar

it's got to be the same person
